WOJSL Website Privacy Notice

West Orange Junior Service League (WOJSL) collects information you provide through website inquiries, membership and sponsorship forms, and newsletter communications. Depending on the form, this may include your name, contact details, birth date, occupation, business information, and interests or community involvement.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, review submissions, coordinate related WOJSL activities, and send newsletters. Appropriate committee members review submissions manually.

We do not sell contact information. We do not share contact details outside WOJSL except with services used to operate the website, send newsletters, or process payments.

Our website includes Google Analytics and security tools such as Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile. These tools may process technical and usage information, including IP addresses, device/browser information, and site interactions, using cookies or similar technologies. Memberstack code also remains installed, although WOJSL no longer uses member login functionality. Learn more about Google’s use of information.

Submissions are stored in local archives. WOJSL currently retains records indefinitely.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop receiving newsletters, contact wojslcorrespondence@gmail.com. We will review your request and explain how we can respond. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Information provided directly to third-party payment or other linked services is subject to their own privacy notices.

Scholarship packets submitted through school counselors are outside this website notice’s scope. Questions about that process may be directed to scholarshipwojsl@gmail.com.

We may update this notice when our practices change and will revise its effective date accordingly.
