Each year, the West Orange Junior Service League contributes thousands of service hours to community programs throughout West Orange County, while also raising funds for nonprofit organizations that rely on charitable support to continue their important work. Since 1936, WOJSL has remained steadfast in its commitment to serving our community. At the heart of our League is service.
A new provisional class joins the League each fall. Members serve actively during their first seven years, contributing their time, talents, and leadership to our mission. Sustainer Members continue to support the League and the community during their 8th through 25th years of membership. After 25 years, Honored Members provide invaluable insight, guidance, and continued support.
Recruitment for each new class begins in the fall, with applications due by August 1. The incoming provisional class begins its League journey in September.

Make a difference.
Support our mission to serve the West Orange community! We invite women over the age of 21, who reside or have a business interest in West range County for at least six months prior to membership, to get involved. Membership candidates must be sponsored by an active, sustaining, or honored member who has known the candidate for at least six months. Your participation helps us continue our tradition of making a difference through volunteering, fundraising, and supporting local nonprofits.
